Artistic Philosophy – The artist best suited for a residency is one with solid artistic and technical skills along with a unique personal vision which is demonstrated through original work and presentation.
In addition to the above, education and teaching experience are desirable.
Artistic quality and professionalism of the artist, including regular professional accomplishments are determined as follows:
- visual – minimum 2 exhibitions per year over last 3 years with reviews
- literary – regular publishing for last 3 years with reviews
- performing – regular public performances for last 3 years with reviews
